relationship question..

so youre a very low profile person, you dont have much of gay friends and youre kinda closeted and not out..

will you date

1. someone that is as the same status as you, low profile, closeted, doesnt have much gay friends..

or

2. someone that is popular, has lots of gay friends, quite out in the scene, experienced...

and why?!?!

    I will date anyone who want me..beggar can't choose lo =P hahahaha...if i did have choice, i pick #1 since it be hard to maintain it with someone that is popular and want to let the world knows bout the relationship unless i have the guts to face the consequences >_<

    hmm for this type of guy, he should pick someone who is more similar (no. 1).

    Coz if they date a no.2, over time the relationship will get more strained... things like the closeted guy feeling uncomfortable hanging out in public with a bunch of openly gay peeps, fear of being exposed or outed by his friends or family. As for the guy who is no.2, he might get frustrated over time as to why his bf is so secretive about his sexuality and not embracing who he really is....

    But even if both guys are the same type, the relationship is still hard... because anything involving more than 1 person gets complicated... feelings and preferences, and ego... all that shit..... that's why sometimes I think we are all better off alone. :P

    I'd prefer someone who's like me; pretty much out in public. Holding hands, kisses on cheeks, etc.

    It's cuz I've grown tired of hiding my sexual orientation after all these years. Ppl say it's dangerous, but what the heck. Love should be stronger than fear!
