we always use the word THEY ALL and the other party will most of the time just accept and think that THEY ALL represents the general view and such..

we just plainly use that word THEY ALL without thinking..

sometimes we use it intentionally to persuade someone to do something...
eg: hey go tackle her la, she damn rich one la.. who say one? they all la...

sometimes we use it to blame it on others.. without knowing who the OTHERS were...
eg. students, who go prank the teacher putting pins on her chair? THEY ALL la...

sometimes we use it to cover our mess..
eg: who used the toilet and dint flush?!!! oh.. they all went off already...

THEY ALL THIS.. THEY ALL THAT...

despite the fact that THEY ALL is sometimes meaningless, we still use it very often..
